Mulmul (pronounced as muh-l-muh-l), is a light, whisper soft, delicate, and breathable cotton fabric. It is very commonly referred to as the woven wind because of its fine texture. Mulmul is a popular form of Muslin.  Muslin has been around for centuries. Many believe it comes from Mosul, Iraq, the city where Europeans first encountered it, the fabric bears its name because of this view. Others say it comes from Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.
